THE ST-2 has replaced the SN-2 tuner. Same functions, but with a faster processing chip and brighter screen.
This is absolutely one of the coolest and best tuners on the market today. You can choose to clip it on the the headstock of any stringed instrument and tune by sensing the vibration through the neck, or change the setting to use the built in microphone and ‘hear’ the tone like a traditional tuner. The display rotates 360 degrees, so no matter where you clip it on you can adjust it to see the screen clearly. Super low range frequencies (5 string basses, etc.) are not a problem at all for this tuner. It picks them up easily and accurately. On top of that, it even features a tap tempo metronome (a small heart shaped light shows up on the screen and flashes at whatever speed you set it to).
