18007-015 – Double Sided Grooved Pusher Block for Pitney Bowes / Surefeed Engineering Flowmaster Style Inserters.
Machined from a solid piece of durable Delrin with a Grooved Tip, these are a direct OEM replacement. Why pay $20+ each from the manufacture when you can pay less than 1/2 the price and get 2 usable tips on the same block with the same if not better quality.  I have made these for couple of customers in the past as a special request. These are great for running single inserts and checks as they capture the forms and prevent curling of the paper up the block as its being pushed into the envelope. These Pusher Blocks has been tested and used for years in a 10+ million a week lettershop and several smaller shops around the country.
